1. Payment Gateway

By proceeding with the payment, you agree to use Razorpay as the payment gateway for this transaction. Razorpay ensures secure and encrypted processing of your payment details.

2. Payment Confirmation

• Payments made through the Razorpay interface are subject to successful transaction confirmation.
• In case of any issues or failed transactions, you will not be charged, and you may retry the payment process.

3. Ticket Delivery

After completing the payment through the payment gateway, your ticket will be automatically added to your wallet. You will then be redirected to the ticket page for confirmation and can access your purchased ticket(s).

4. Refunds and Cancellations

• Refunds, if applicable, will be governed by our refund policy.
• No refunds will be issued for successfully completed transactions unless otherwise specified in our refund policy.

5. Customer Responsibility

• Ensure that the details provided during the payment process are accurate.
• Any errors in data entry may result in delayed or failed ticket delivery.

6. Third-party Liability

The payment gateway service is provided by Razorpay. We are not responsible for any technical issues, downtime, or errors caused by Razorpay during the payment process.

7. Security

Your payment information is processed securely by Razorpay. We do not store any sensitive payment details such as card numbers, CVVs, or passwords on our servers.

1. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds are processed only for transactions where:

• The service was not delivered or was delivered incorrectly due to a technical error on our part.
• The user raises a valid refund request within 7 days of the transaction date.

2. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds are not applicable for:

• Services already availed.
• User errors, such as booking the wrong service or providing incorrect details during the transaction.

3. Refund Process

• Approved refunds will be processed within 2-7 business days using the original payment method.

4. Disputes

5. Exclusion of Razorpay Referral Scheme

Our referral program does not utilize or align with Razorpay’s referral scheme or any similar schemes. We operate a custom referral program designed solely for the benefit of our users. Any claims or implications suggesting otherwise are incorrect.

1. How you cannot use reSearch app

• You cannot impersonate or provide inacurate information. You need not disclose your identity in reSearch app. But you will not impersonate someone else.
• You cannot do any unlawful, fraudulent and misleading activity.
• You cannot violate or help or encourage others to violate terms or our policies.
• You cannot do anything to interfere with or impair the operation of the service.
• You cannot attempt to create accounts or access or collect information in unauthorized ways.
• You cannot attempt to buy, sell, or transfer any aspect of your account or solicit, collect or use login credentials of other users.

2. Who Can Use reSearch app

• You must be at least 13 years old.
• You must not be prohibited from receiving any aspect of our service under applicable laws or engaging in payments related services if you are on an applicable denied party listing.
• We must not have previously disabled your account for violation of law or any of our policies.

3. Warranty/Limitation of Liability Clause

• Our service is provided "as is" and we cannot guarantee it will be safe and secure or will work perfectly all the time. TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE ALSO DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
• We do not control what people and others do or say and we aren't responsible for their or your's actions or conduct or content (including objectionable content). We also aren't responsible for services and features offered by other people or companies, even if you access them through our service.
• Our responsibility for anything that happens on the Service ("liability") is limited as much as the law will allow. In case of an issue with our service, we cannot know all possible impacts might be. You agree that we won't be responsible or liable for any lost profits, revenues, information or consequential, special, indirect, exemparay, punitive, or incidental damages arising out of or related to these Terms, even if we know they are possible. This includes when we delete your account, information or content.

4. Intellectual Property

• You agree that the services, including but not limited to Content, graphics, user interface, audio clips, video clips, editorial content and the scripts and the software used to implement the services, contain proprietary information and material that is owned by SERIES-5 labs and or its licensors, and is protected by applicable intellectual property and other laws, including but not limited to copyright. You agree that you will not use this proprietary information or materials in any way whatsover except for use of the Services for personal, non-commercial uses in compliance with this agreement. No portion of the services may be reproduced in any form or by any means, except as expressly permitted by this Agreement. You agree not to modify, rent, loan, sell or distribute the services or content in any manner, and you shall not exploit the services in any manner not expressly authorized.
• The reSearch name, logo, trademarks are registered to Series-5 labs in India, US and other countries throughout the world. You are granted no right or license with respect to any of the aforesaid trademarks.
